How can I tell if I'm earning Passport Points?

To earn Passport Points, you must begin your shopping journey at Passport.Travel and click through to your favourite store using a Passport.Travel link.

Activating Passport Points

You’ll know you’re earning Passport Points if you click on a Passport.Travel link — whether on Passport.Travel, in an email, or using the Passport Points Browser Extension — and receive a confirmation pop-up indicating that Passport Points are now active at that store. Always look for this confirmation before you start shopping.

Where to Find Your Passport Points

You can check your Passport Points Balance to confirm whether you’ve earned points for a purchase. Please note that we typically can’t report Passport Points immediately after your purchase because it takes time for the store to notify us about your order. Depending on the store, this process can take anywhere from a few hours to several days.

Once the store confirms your purchase, we’ll add the Passport Points to your account and notify you. At that point, the points will be visible in your Passport Points Balance.
