If your browser extension won’t log in, a simple refresh (turning it off and on) can often resolve the problem. Here’s how to do it:
Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)
Open Extensions Menu
Click the puzzle piece (🧩) icon (Extensions) in the top-right toolbar.
Select "Manage extensions" (or go to:
chrome://extensions//edge://extensions/).
Turn Off the Extension
Find the extension causing issues.
Toggle the switch to "Off" (it will turn gray).
Turn It Back On
Wait 5–10 seconds, then toggle the switch back "On" (blue).
Reload the Page
Refresh the webpage where you’re trying to log in.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Add-ons Manager
Click the three-line menu (☰) → "Add-ons and Themes" (or press
Ctrl+Shift+A).
Disable the Extension
Go to the "Extensions" tab.
Click the toggle switch next to the extension to turn it off.
Re-enable It
Wait a few seconds, then toggle it back on.
Restart Firefox (if needed)
Safari (Mac)
Open Safari Preferences
Click "Safari" → "Settings" (or "Preferences") → "Extensions".
Disable the Extension
Uncheck the box next to the extension’s name.
Re-enable It
Wait a moment, then re-check the box.
Reload the Website
